This notice explains how AppRanger handles information through its public websites, support service, WindowRanger, and NoteRanger. AppRanger is a trading name of Oshun Ltd.
The AppRanger product websites do not provide an account system and do not contain AppRanger advertising or analytics. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the sites.
When you contact support, we receive your address and the information you choose to send. It is used to answer the request, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and improve the relevant product. Mail is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
Automated tools may classify support messages, identify urgency, summarise a request, or prepare a draft response. Privacy, security, legal, refund, and escalated requests require human review. Support messages are not used to build an AppRanger advertising profile.
You can ask what support information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Email privacy@appranger.dev. Security reports should go to security@appranger.dev.
WindowRanger has no AppRanger account, advertising, analytics, or telemetry-upload system. Window and workspace state stays on the Mac. Optional settings sync uses the user's private iCloud key-value store. Accessibility access is used to manage eligible windows, not to read typed text or window contents.
NoteRanger keeps ordinary Markdown files in a user-selected folder or its iCloud Drive container. Search indexes and supporting metadata are local and rebuildable. Its planned intelligence features use on-device Apple frameworks by default; the core product does not depend on an AppRanger-operated cloud AI or sync service.
Specialist providers may process limited information to host websites, operate email, prevent abuse, or provide support tooling. They are used only for the relevant service. This notice will be updated before materially different collection or processing is introduced.
